Booking guidelines

• Fill out the Booking Confirmation Form. We will call you Right Back to confirm the booking.
• Booking Confirmation From must be submitted a week prior to your check-in date.
• A valid Covid19 -ve test report is not required as per Govt. guidelines.
• Please note that payment will be requested in full at the time of booking as a COVID protocol.

House Rules

• Upon arrival, get your temperature checked, freshen up in the quarantine room and leave your dirty laundry in the hamper.
• Sanitize yourself, each time you go out.
• Practice 6 feet social distancing at all times.
• Wear a mask.
• Temperature check at the Front desk every morning and evening.
• Step out of the room at the time of Housekeeping.
• Ask a friend/fellow hosteller to tag along while going out for errands.
• Pool can be used only after consulting the Property Manager.
• Woke Hostels will not be liable for any issues that happen outside the property.
• Woke Hostel is not responsible for your belongings.
• Outside friends or family of the guests, not residing in the hostel will not be entertained in the hostel premises.
• Read and adhere to all COVID 19 procedures. (COVID page).

*If there are any irregularities with the guest’s health, Woke Hostel will observe the guest in the quarantine room for 24hrs and if necessary will inform the Local Govt. Authorities

Suggested Travel Guidelines

• Wear a mask, gloves and sunglasses from home till you reach the hostel. (PPE suite will be appreciated).
• Maintain 6 feet distance from anyone at the boarding stations.
• Preferably take flights.
• Cabs from the airport/stations can be arranged from our trusted partners, if needed.
